Fisherman Advance to Round 2 Monday, September 23rd , 2041 Mike Ferguson wore out opposing pitchers en route to being named Round 1 MVP. The star's Kinsale Fisherman defeated the Kansas City Kings by a series score of 4-2 to advance to the Round 2. Kinsale won the final game by a 1-0 count in front of a raucous crowd at Blue Raiders Ballpark. Ferguson hit .269 with a .296 on-base percentage in the series, while also adding 2 home runs, driving in 5 RBI and scoring 5 runs. "Just trying to do my job, that's all there is too it," said Ferguson. The Kinsale Fisherman don't know who they will face in the next round.
