LetterKenny-Phoenix Brawl, Velasco and Carrillo Suspended Sunday, July 11th , 2049 Miguel Velasco of the LetterKenny Irish and Jason Carrillo of the Phoenix Palisades will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 2 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Irish-Palisades game at Irish Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Velasco and Carrillo will begin serving them soon. This year, Velasco is batting .265 with 2 home runs. He has scored 17 runs and driven in 13. On his stats sheet for the year Carrillo shows a 6-5 record, 16 starts, 96 innings, 61 strikeouts and a 3.75 ERA. |
