Gonzalez Socks It to River Sharks, Cracks 5 Hits Friday, September 11th , 2048 Pedro Gonzalez really sizzled at the plate in his team's 12-5 win over the Rochester River Sharks. The Austin catcher blistered Rochester for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Gonzalez was too tough to get out today," the River Sharks skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Pedro Gonzalez hit a solo-shot off Mike Peterson in the 3rd, hit an RBI single in the 4th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 7th and hit a two-run single in the 8th.
