Austin Advances to Round 2 Tuesday, September 29th , 2048 With a narrow 4-3 series win, the Austin Toros have eliminated the Kinsale Fisherman and are Round 1 winners. "We tried not to look ahead to the Round 2, but we thought we'd be there for sure," said third baseman Ryan Chiasson, who was named series MVP. Austin won the final game by a score of 7-4, wrapping it up at Blue Raiders Ballpark. Chiasson's big series saw him hit .357 with a .438 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Austin Toros will play against the Philadelphia Avalanche in the next round.
