Kaplan Hits in 1 Straight Games

The Philadelphia Spartans stopped the San Bernardino Seahawks, 13-3, and Aaron Kaplan collected a base hit yet again. The Philadelphia center fielder finished with 2 hits to run his consecutive-game hitting streak to 1.
"I want to get a hit every time up," a visibly excited Kaplan told reporters after the contest. "I want to get a hit every game I play. Right now, I feel like I could take this streak to 100 games." Aaron Kaplan singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, struck out in the 5th and hit a two-run home run off Chris Dondanville in the 6th.
To date Kaplan has chalked up a .414 average with 6 home runs, driven in 19 runs and scored 21 times.
