Fans saw a dandy of a game between the Buffalo Buffalo and San Antonio Aztecs.

The Buffalo Buffalo tallied a win at The Greenhouse, throttling the San Antonio Aztecs, 3-2. Starting pitcher Steve Gorter was a big reason for his team's success. The save was credited to Mario Jaramillo, his 6th.

Ernie Muratalla was 1-3 with a triple for Buffalo. The slugging third baseman had a key at-bat in the bottom of the eighth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Kang-cheol Bang. It was his 6th RBI of the season.

"We had the game right there for the taking," said San Antonio manager Donald Regen. "But we decided not to take it."

Buffalo is still hoping to get on a roll. The win is just their 6th in 15 games.
