Brooklyn pitcher Kevin Lowe did his part in helping his team beat the St. Louis Archies, 5-2. The right-hander kept opposing batters in check throughout the game. Lowe got the win, improving to 8-4. He allowed 5 hits and walked 3 over 7 innings. Lowe allowed 2 runs. Adrian Ducote, credited with the save, is now 24 for 25 in save opportunities.
