The Dublin Porters racked up a win at Porters Ballpark, bumping off the Arizona Desert Storm, 6-3. Jim Steeb, who started for Dublin, pitched effectively for his team. Getting the save was Omari Johnson, his 1st. Arizona, at 3-10, is off to a poor start in 2051.

Dublin took a 6-3 lead on Dustin Coon's 4th home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Coon hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Arizona pitcher Corey Coady visibly frustrated.

"For the most part, I made good pitches when I needed to," said Steeb.
