Scothorn Now 2-0 After Subduing Wayfinders

In a low-scoring contest between the Wilmington Blue Rocks and the Waikiki Wayfinders, Jason Scothorn was the X factor. The Wilmington right-hander spearheaded the 3-1 win. Rodolfo Merlos earned the save, his 3rd, for the Blue Rocks. With the win, Wilmington climbs to 9-10.
Wilmington starter Jason Scothorn pitched like a boss. The 6-foot-2 right-hander allowed 1 run on 2 hits over 8 innings.
