Ben Potgeter impressed in the 8-1 Arizona win over Memphis. Potgeter, who is tied for 4th in the FL in RBI with 59, belted 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Kevin Spencer was the winner. He's now 8-6. The loser was 34-year old right-handed pitcher Gordon Krajancic. With the victory, the Desert Storm upped their record to 44-39.

In the bottom of the sixth, the Desert Storm grabbed the lead when Potgeter hit his 26th home run of the season. The 2-run home run off Gordon Krajancic made it 2-1, Arizona.

"I'm just looking to see the ball, hit the ball," said Potgeter.
