The Lansing Red Storm used the hitting of left fielder Carlos Jimenez to subdue the Memphis Chicks, 7-6. For the game, Jimenez was 4-5 with a home run and 3 singles, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Jeff Pledger picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-3.
