The Arizona Desert Storm picked up a win at Kyiv Grounds, knocking off the Kyiv Cossacks, 5-4. On the mound for Arizona was right-hander Ron Cook. He played a key role in the triumph. Terry Donohue picked up his 25th save of the season. The Desert Storm win now puts them at 49-40.

Who knows how it would've ended, had it not been for Su-yeong Lee? The 27-year old right fielder Lee stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the tenth inning to put Arizona up, 5-4. For the game, he was 2 for 5, including 1 double and 1 single.

"We didn't let this one get away," said Lee.
