Breaux Homers Twice in 9-5 Beavers Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Brooklyn Knights and Portland Beavers get after it.

Portland right fielder Ethan Breaux was a significant contributor in his team's 9-5 triumph over the Brooklyn Knights. He was 2 for 4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Beavers. The triumph puts Portland at 50-39 for the season.

With Portland leading 6-3 in the bottom of the sixth, Breaux hit a fastball from Amari Smith for a 3-run home run. It was his 21st home run of the season and put the Beavers ahead, 9-3.

"We take it day by day here," said Breaux, "and today was a good one for us."
