Dragon Warriors Get Hard-Earned Win
The 8-7 Hanoi win over Portland was due in large part to Jonathan Campos. The Dragon Warriors shortstop went 3 for 4 with a triple and a double, while scoring 2 runs. The winner in relief was Vinny Ochoa. The right-hander allowed no runs on no hits in 1.1 innings. He now owns a record of 6-4. The victory gives the Dragon Warriors a record of 57-49.

The game reached a climactic end in the bottom of the ninth. With Hanoi trailing 7-6, Fernando Espinal delivered the decisive blow, stroking a fastball from Andy Buhrke for a 2-run double. Ballgame.
