Jim Davis pitched a gem to lead Yellowstone to victory over the Portland Beavers, 9-0. With the win over Portland, the Super Volcano improved to 70-42.

The Beavers had trouble solving Davis, who surrendered no runs on 4 hits over 8.1 innings.

"It's so much easier when you throw good pitches," said Davis.
