2050 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Los Angeles Kings.

The Los Angeles Kings got a superb performance from pitcher Toby Guinn, but the Dublin Porters still won the game, 7-4. Guinn threw 5.2 innings of 3-hit ball. Zion Anthony earned the save for Dublin, his 24th of the year.

The result might have been different, had it not been for 28-year old first baseman Victor Ruiz. Ruiz had a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Porters ahead, 5-4. For the game, Ruiz had 1 double and 1 single in 5 at-bats.

Ruiz told a Dublin Observer reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.

The loss makes Los Angeles 41-73.
