3-2 Loss to Sugar Kings Extends East Haddam Losing Streak
Havana and East Haddam played a hard-fought contest.

The Havana Sugar Kings picked up a win at Ballpark of East Haddam, courtesy of Kwan-wuk Tae. The right-hander helped his team stop the East Haddam Hyenas, 3-2. In 8 innings, Tae surrendered 9 hits, while striking out 7 and walking 0. He allowed 2 runs. John Charles earned the save for Havana, his 16th of the year.

Jay Wesner aided the Havana cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth. For the game, the left fielder was 1 for 3 with a walk.

"That was a really good outing by Kwan-wuk," said Havana manager The Baron.

The losses continue to mount for East Haddam, which has now dropped 6 in a row.
