Osaka right fielder Jim Boucher had a 4-RBI game, which helped his team beat the Waikiki Wayfinders, 7-6. Picking up the save was Mark Foglesong, his 7th. The Takoyaki are now 64-59, while the Wayfinders fall to 43-80.

Had Steve Barone not delivered a key base hit in the top of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and a runner on 3rd, Barone hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 7-6, in favor of the Takoyaki.

"It was a nice win for our side today," said Takoyaki manager GM KDR. "Not perfect, but we'll take it."
