Wayfinders Lose at Home, 6-3, to Los Angeles
|
Eric Heckman impressed in the 6-3 Los Angeles win over Waikiki. Heckman, who is tied for 3rd in the AL in hits with 161, was 2 for 4 with 2 singles and a walk. He scored 2 runs. With the win, the Kings sit at 76-56.
With Los Angeles leading 2-1 in the top of the fourth, Heckman hit a run-scoring single off Waikiki hurler Richard Arocha. It was the 161st hit of the season for Heckman and put his team ahead, 3-1.
"No time for flexing," said Heckman. "It's always one game at a time."
