Good production from right fielder Ben Potgeter helped the Arizona Desert Storm topple the Osaka Takoyaki, 8-6. Potgeter hit 2 home runs, while scoring 3 and driving in 2 for the Desert Storm. Andy Buhrke got the save, his 34th in 36 chances. Arizona now sits at 70-67, while Osaka falls to 71-66.

Shortstop Juan Silva made an impact for Arizona, when he swatted a bases-clearing double off Danny Pantoja in the bottom of the second. For the contest, Silva went 1-3 with a double, while adding 3 RBI.
