Blueberry Bulldogs Deal Archies 7-6 Loss
|
St. Louis got a big-time effort from pitcher Adam Dodson, but it wasn't enough to keep the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs from winning the game, 7-6. Dodson threw 7.2 innings of 3-hit ball for the losing team. Sudbury pitcher Nick Chestney got the win, upping his record to 8-16. Gabriel Fragoso got the loss. The last-place Blueberry Bulldogs lifted their record to 66-89.
Mike Webster won the game for Sudbury when homered off Gabriel Fragoso in the bottom of the 20th.
In postgame comments, Webster said, "I think we gave the fans their money's worth."
