San Antonio Gets Riveting Walk-Off Win
Brooklyn wasted a solid 8-inning effort from starting pitcher Alejandro Rodriguez, losing to San Antonio, 2-1, at Estadio Azteca. Roberto Bernal, who led the AL in wins with 19 in 2045, was the winner in relief. His record is now 3-1. The losing pitcher was Tanner Denny. With the win, San Antonio raised its record to 33-29.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the ninth inning, when San Antonio designated hitter Justin Trovato, facing Tanner Denny, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Aztecs the 2-1 win.

Trovato said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
