Dragon Warriors Hammered by Olveda, Drop Game 3 to Pizzas
The Detroit Pizzas have closed some of the gap between themselves and the series-leading Hanoi Dragon Warriors, winning, 6-4, at The Nest. Pizzas second baseman Nick Olveda was 2 for 4 with a home run, while adding 2 RBI and scoring once. The win cuts the deficit facing the Pizzas to 2-1 in the best-of-5 Divisional Series.

Who knows how it might've ended, had it not been for Cory Blake? The Detroit catcher had a 2-run double in the top of the fifth inning to put the Pizzas on top, 5-2. For the game, Blake had 1 double and 1 single in 4 at-bats.

"We're happy," Blake told reporters after the win. "When you're in the playoffs, you've got to treat every game like it could be your last."

The next game is set to be played tomorrow at The Nest in Johnson City.
