Sam Clark Named FL's Best Player
Wednesday, December 8th , 2049
The manager of the Osaka Takoyaki said he thinks Sam Clark is only going to get better as he gets older.
He may only be 26, but it will be hard to top the left fielder's 2049 campaign, as he has been named the winner of the Federation League Most Valuable Player Award.
His winning campaign featured a .346 batting average and a .376 on-base percentage this year. In 154 games he piled up 212 hits, 60 doubles, 6 triples, 21 home runs, 102 RBIs and 109 runs scored.
Hugo Cabrera of the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs finished second in voting, while Juan Gonzalez of the Dublin Porters finished third.
