East Haddam Won't Make Playoffs Thursday, September 26th , 2052 East Haddam Hyenas manager Joe Jankowski said his club is "frustrated" to no longer have a chance at the postseason. The club was mathematically eliminated from a possible playoff berth earlier today. The Hyenas have made the playoffs 3 times in their 35 years as a The Confederation of Baseball Dunces franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 6th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2046. In the last 10 seasons, the Hyenas have only made the playoffs once. |
