St. Louis Wins Divisional Series Saturday, October 5th , 2052 The championship aspirations of the St. Louis Archies are still alive and well, while the Osaka Takoyaki are left to wait until next year. St. Louis won the clinching game of the Divisional Series 5-1 over Osaka at Takoyaki Park, to win the series 3-1. "You feel like a little kid again, celebrating something like this," said right fielder Aaron Kaplan, who paced the St. Louis offense and was named series MVP. "We take everything real seriously when we're on the field, but after a series is over you can finally relax a little bit." Kaplan claimed the MVP by racking up 8 hits for a .500 average, with a .500 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, 2 RBI and scored 3 runs. The St. Louis Archies will play against the Kyiv Cossacks in the next round. Kyiv won their series against the Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs 3 games to 0.
