Kyiv Out of Time, Out of Playoffs Monday, September 9th , 2041 The playoff hopes of the Kyiv Cossacks -- which were already faint at best -- are now completely extinguished. The team will miss the playoffs this year, being mathematically eliminated from contention today. Kyiv last appeared in the postseason in 2035. This is their 6th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 14 times in their 24 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Cossacks have made the playoffs 4 times. |
