Pizzas-Super Volcano Deal: Hernandez for Rodriquez Monday, June 21st , 2049 Detroit and Yellowstone have agreed in principle to a trade. The Pizzas will send 21-year old minor league RHP David Mancias and 19-year old minor league RHP Nick Hernandez to the Super Volcano for 30-year old 2B Victor Rodriquez. The deal is expected to be finalized shortly and the clubs will be introducing their new players to the press when the paperwork is complete. Yellowstone will retain a portion of Rodriquez's remaining contract. So far this season, Rodriquez has put up a .296 batting average with 79 hits, 8 home runs and 36 RBIs. |
