FL Star of the Week Chosen Monday, July 5th , 2049 It was an extraordinary week for Joe Gainey of the Arizona Desert Storm. First he goes on a hot hitting streak, batting .478, then he is voted the Player of the Week in the Federation League. Last week Gainey went 11-for-23, racked up 2 home runs and 3 RBIs and scored 6 runs. It was a heck of a week for the Arizona shortstop. Gainey is currently batting .309 with 14 home runs and 34 RBIs. |
