Bad News for Seelye and Sudbury Thursday, September 3rd , 2048 The Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs trainer was the bearer of bad news today, as it was learned Joe Seelye's injury will keep him out of the lineup for longer than expected. The Blueberry Bulldogs shortstop is being treated for a strained back muscle. During a routine exam, Seelye's condition was found to be worse than originally diagnosed and he is now expected to rehab at least another one week. Looking at his present stats, Seelye has compiled a .245 batting average in 124 games with a .320 on-base percentage, while hitting 8 home runs and driving in 46 runs. |
