					| | Kings Move on to League Championship Monday, October 12th , 2048
The Los Angeles Kings are heading to the League Championship, having narrowly defeated the Pittsburgh Yinzers.

Los Angeles edged Pittsburgh in the series 3-2, with a win at PNC Park in the clinching game by a 4-3 margin.

Zack Labb turned in a strong offensive performance for the Kings and got series MVP for his efforts.

"I'll never turn down another trophy for my mantle, another accomplishment to remember once my career is over," he said. "What I would really remember, though, is a World Series win."

It remains to be seen how the playoffs will conclude, but if Labb continues to swing a hot bat, his team will no doubt have a chance.

For the series, he hit .400 with a .429 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, 3 RBI and scored 2 runs.

The Los Angeles Kings will play against the Detroit Pizzas in the next round. Detroit won their series against the Brooklyn Knights 3 games to 1. The League Championship schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
