Claws Pitching Ravaged by Reed Thursday, May 7th , 2048 It was a tremendous day at the plate for Marty Reed of the Grosse Pointe Better Mades. In 5 at-bats, he rapped out base hits 5 times. Nonetheless, his Better Mades were trumped, 19-10, by the Cork Claws. Marty Reed singled in the 2nd, hit a three-run home run off Jake Kriegel in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a two-run home run off Preston Rocca in the 7th and hit an RBI single in the 8th.
