Jacksonville-Buffalo Brawl, Lester and Schille Suspended Thursday, July 25th , 2041 Andy Lester of the Jacksonville Alligators and Matt Schille of the Buffalo Red Sox will be on the sidelines for a few days. They have been suspended for 4 and 6 games respectively by the league office for causing the bench-emptying free-for-all at the recent Alligators-Red Sox game at Alligators Stadium. Neither player had any comment about the suspensions. Both clubs told BNN Lester and Schille will begin serving them soon. This year Lester is batting .176 with 23 hits and 3 home runs. He has scored 11 times and has batted in 9 runs. Currently Schille has a record of 6-6 with 75 strikeouts and 31 walks in 96.2 innings and a 2.89 ERA. |
