Playoffs? No Chance for Jacksonville Friday, August 9th , 2041 The Jacksonville Alligators playoff hopes were already minuscule at best, but even those faint hopes have been dashed. The team was mathematically eliminated from the playoffs today. Jacksonville last appeared in the postseason in 2033. This is their 8th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 21 times in their 23 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Alligators have only made the playoffs once. |
