Manager Miller and Colorado Springs Part Company Monday, June 24th , 2047 The Colorado Springs Generals are in need of a manager. They fired Mike Miller today. Contacted at home by BNN, Miller admitted that there was some tension over his departure, but that it was "probably for the best." When pressed, Miller was bullish about his future: "We had our ups and we had our downs, but right now I am focusing on the next stage of my career... wherever that may be. I still love the game of baseball and still think I can do the job. The Generals are not the only team in the world." Colorado Springs officials gave no word on who the new skipper would be. |
