The Math Says - Generals Out of Playoffs Friday, August 23rd , 2041 While they stayed relevant until late in the season, a playoff berth wasn't meant to be this season for the Colorado Springs Generals. The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Generals manager Angelo Rosas said. Colorado Springs last appeared in the postseason in 2036. This is their 5th consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 23 - year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Generals have made the playoffs 2 times. |
