Cork Stops Dotel Hit Streak Saturday, July 3rd , 2049 Victor Dotel's sizzling hitting streak was snapped at 29 games, as the Jacksonville Alligators dropped their contest with the Cork Claws, 6-2, at Alligators Stadium. Dotel failed to get a hit, finishing 0-for-4. After the game Dotel spoke with BNN and called his effort "quite a streak." "I just ran into some good pitching today," he said. This year, Dotel is batting .347 with 4 home runs and 45 RBIs. |
