Player of the Week: Grosse Pointe's Turner Monday, July 31st , 2051 When it came to hitting the baseball, Brian Turner was in a class by himself in the CBD Rookie League this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding second baseman for Grosse Pointe tagged opposing pitchers for a .536 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award.
