5-Hit Barrage by Beltran Saturday, July 23rd , 2050 Sergio Beltran had an answer for everything the Cork Claws threw at him at Claws Ballpark. The Sheboygan first baseman went 5-for-5 in the game to put his name in the record book and give the Bratwurst a win, 15-7. Summing up his batting philosophy to BNN writers after the game, Beltran said, "I just see the ball and I hit it." Sergio Beltran singled in the 1st, hit a two-run single in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, walked in the 5th, singled in the 6th, singled in the 8th and walked in the 9th.
