Sapporo Out of Playoff Race Monday, August 30th , 2049 While the Sapporo Sea Eagles clubhouse is normally a jovial and upbeat place, things were extremely solemn today. That's because the club is now officially eliminated from playoff contention. Before this season, the Sea Eagles last missed the playoffs in 2044. In the 31 years they have been a CBD Rookie League franchise, they have missed the playoffs 17 times. In the last 10 seasons, the Sea Eagles have only missed the playoffs once. Sapporo last won the Round 3 in 2033. |
