Calgary Takes Division Series Sunday, September 22nd , 2052 The Calgary Winter have booked their place in the League Championship Series. By a score of 9-7, the club ousted the Laredo Diamonds in the Division Series tonight at Ballpark of Laredo. Calgary won the series by a 3-1 margin. The series MVP was Winter third baseman Jamie Jones. For his part, the MVP said he is not putting too much stock in the individual honor and instead simply "looking forward to the next round." The Calgary Winter will play against the Jefferson J-Hawks in the next round. Jefferson won their series against the Tacoma Oilmen 3 games to 0.
