Cloverleaf Moves on to World Series Sunday, September 29th , 2052 The World Series hopes remain strong for the Cloverleaf Imperials. The team tonight eliminated the Kansas City Hepcats with a 12-11 win, to capture the League Championship Series 4-1. "We're rolling now," said Joe Yount, who was named series MVP. "The pitchers are pitching, hitters are hitting, look out. I expect us to pick our game up to another level in the World Series." The standout offensive performance from Yount included a .474 batting average, .565 on-base percentage, 1 home runs, 5 RBI and 5 runs scored.
