Behind Kane, Tacoma Blanks Richfield, 5-0 Wednesday, August 9th , 2051 James Kane kept the Richfield Outlaws hitters from doing much damage at Outlaws Field. Richfield could only muster 5 hits and draw 1 walk against the right-handed Kane, who controlled them throughout the game. Tacoma won the contest, 5-0. Kane added 5 strikeouts in his complete-game effort. "I don't know if I was on or if they were off today," Kane told reporters after the shutout win.
