The St. Louis Archies topped the East Haddam Hyenas, 14-8, with first baseman Brian Cifelli playing a big role. Cifelli was 3 for 4 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 4 runs and drove in 3 for the Archies in the win. The Archies, at 65-38, have a comfortable 14½-game lead in their division.

Brian Nadeau, who is tied for 7th in the FL in stolen bases with 15, aided the St. Louis cause with a run-scoring single in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the shortstop was 4-5 with 4 singles.
