Sudbury Blueberry Bulldogs starter Matt Wesberry pitched well against the Osaka Takoyaki at Takoyaki Park, leading his team to a win, 7-4. The triumph makes Sudbury 7-3, as the team begins another long trek toward the playoffs in 2051.

Sudbury used a timely hit from Joe Seelye to get the win. The second baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the seventh inning to put the Blueberry Bulldogs ahead, 4-3. It might've been his only hit, but it did the trick.

"I felt good up there," said Seelye. "I saw the ball well."
