AL Selects Alvarez June's #1 Pitcher Thursday, July 1st , 2049 Zack Alvarez of Havana had an excellent June with a 4-1 record and was selected as the Pitcher of the Month in the Alliance League. He finished the month with a 1.53 ERA while piling up 50 strikeouts in 47 innings and holding opposing hitters to a .157 batting average. This season, Alvarez has fanned 119 in 112.2 innings and collected a 6-7 record with a 3.43 ERA. |
