Pizzas Win Divisional Series Saturday, October 10th , 2048 Chris Adams sparked his Detroit Pizzas past the pesky Brooklyn Knights in a closely-contested Divisional Series. Detroit topped Brooklyn 2-1 at Pizzas Ballpark to decide the series, 3-1 For his efforts, Adams was rewarded with the series MVP trophy for his .294 batting average, 4 RBIs and 2 runs scored. "You never want to leave anything on the field," Adams said. "You never want to miss a play of defense you could have made, or give up an extra base you could have gotten, because in a series this tight you never know what you'll need to win." The Detroit Pizzas don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Los Angeles Kings - Pittsburgh Yinzers series. Pittsburgh leads the series 2 games to 1.
