CBD Double A Announces Best Manager Wednesday, October 16th , 2052 Club officials have reported seeing Ruben Fernandez at the ballpark as early as 7 am. His dedication, coupled with a shrewd management style and a knack for knowing "who's hot and who's not" earned Fernandez the CBD Double A Manager of the Year Award for 2052. "I guess you could say I pushed all the right buttons at the right time for the Jaspers to have the season we did. But keep in mind, too, that I also had a group of dedicated ballplayers who played their hearts out. I thank them for winning this award for me." There was much joy in Baltimore this season. Their beloved Jaspers took first place in the Division 3, rounding out the year with a 93-47 record. |
