CAA Player of the Week Awarded Monday, May 25th , 2048 When it came to hitting the baseball, Tanner Lombardi was in a class by himself in the CBD Double A this past week. Nobody did it better. The outstanding center fielder for Fresno tagged opposing pitchers for a .464 average and was voted the Player of the Week Award. Included in his stats were 13 hits in 28 at-bats, 4 homers, 5 runs scored and 11 RBIs. Lombardi is hitting .254 for the season with 6 home runs, 18 RBIs and 19 runs scored. He has 36 hits in 142 at-bats and played in 37 games. |
