Grand Rapids Manager Espinosa Gets the Boot Sunday, November 1st , 2048 The Grand Rapids Whitecaps and Bobby Espinosa have parted ways. It was announced today by club officials that Bobby Espinosa had been dismissed as the team's manager. Whitecaps GM told reporters that "certain goals were mutually agreed upon this season and, in our estimation, they have not been reached. Our team has not made the progress we were promised." Espinosa told BNN that he is "proud of what has been accomplished in my tenure as the Whitecaps manager. We have a better club now than when I first got here. I'm just sorry it ended this way." |
